My first animated cartoon

I made a cartoon for our sketch comedy group, The Public Drunkards. Check it out:

This was a lot of work... It'll be a while before I decide to tackle another one. I did all the drawings by hand, then just scanned them and colored them on the computer, and moved them frame-by-frame into Flash. Doing the drawings took about 3 weeks, the animation about 1. There's got to be an easier way....
